   8. Token
      1. Free Token: defined as the number of virtual right or ticket to be used in submitting question after case is defined, which is typically given by kiki4hire and cannot be purchased.
      2. Premium Token: defined as the number of virtual right or ticket to be used in submitting question after case is defined, which is typically purchased by User or may be obtained by User under participation of point reward program as run under kiki4hire’s discretion from time to time.
   9. Service Level Service Level is defined as the time needed to respond questions.
2. Member Account and Privacy If you register as a User of this website, you will be assigned a username and password that is unique to you and coded by the system. User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and responsible for all activities that occur under User’s username and password. kiki4hire takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted or submitted by User or any users of User account. User agrees to notify kiki4hire of any unauthorized use of User’s username and password or any other breach of security at kiki4hire.com. User will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the kiki4hire, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to information/content User submit/distribute via the Service or User use of or conduct on the Service.

(in this case all the answers will be displayed in the website under consultation sub menu). For the abovementioned information and any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information, kiki4hire shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute, publicize, post the information to others without limitation, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such information.

4. Consultancy Services
   1. User may open case(s) and a case may contain more then one questions. One question may contain one question only. kiki4hire reserved the right to answer only one or first question only if there are more subsequence questions in one question (take one token). kiki4hire reserved the rights to bounce or reject to answer/provide Consultancy Services over case and question submitted by User, which is:
      1. Contain any nudity or sexual/pornographic, racial, religion, discrimination and practical politic issue(s);
      2. Contain any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, inflammatory, profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law;
      3. Fallen into issue that is outside kiki4hire’s competency, expertise and know-how. These rejected questions will be informed to user via emai The Consultancy Services provided on this website has been prepared by kiki4hire as a service in second opinion basis to its User and is not intended to constitute legal advice.
   2. Service Level. Questions using premium token, service level to answer is 2 (two) working days, unless the question is bounced back; questions using free token, service level is 5 (five) working days, unless there is bounce back.
5. Purchasing Token
   1. In order to utilize the services of kiki4hire, User shall have Token in hand in advance. Free Token provided by kiki4hire’s can only be used for Consultancy Services, while Premium Token, obtained by User through purchasing method can be used for both Consultancy Services and Buying Merchandise. The token is counted as numbers of token, can be purchased in the amount of 5 or multiply of 5 token up to 50 tokens in one purchase. One token is valid for one question only. All Premium Token purchased is based on payment confirmation provided by the system as the action from User. Fail to confirm this will consequence failure to top-up the number of Premium Token purchased. The token shall have time expiration defined differently by Admin depending on the valid marketing program from time to time. It is triggered by the last purchased transaction.
   2. Purchased Token can not be transferred to other User.
   3. Numbers of tokens deducted is based on answered questions. Unanswered or bounced or rejected question shall not deduct any tokens.
   4. Payment Method The purchase of the Token is exercised through the bank transfer to kiki4hire bank account; the payment of the token is non-refundable.
   5. kiki4hire will at any time maintain a valid record of number of token that user have in effect. In case of any discrepancies between the numbers of tokens (delta number of token recorded by kiki4hire and user), then the numbers of tokens in kiki4hire’s record prevail.
6. Security /No Disruption User will not submit, distribute, link to, or in anyway solicit content that: * violates any law, regulation, or contract; * infringes someone else’s intellectual property or other rights; * contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of, detrimentally interferes with, surreptitiously intercepts, or expropriates any software, hardware, system, data, personal information or telecommunications equipment

Your Voices User agree that any ideas, comments, suggestions or other information to kiki4hire related to improvements to the site and/or Services related to the Site or other issues (collectively, the “Feedback”) shall be deemed, and shall remain kiki4hire’s property. 12. General Terms
    1. Entire Agreement.
